In Korea they eat the dogs so they don't get out to poo.
Around where I live we have horse droppings, is it illegal not to clear up equine fouling? And I believe in parts of Ashton's West End if you are sharp eyed you can spot sheep droppings.... but that is another story.

In Korea (north) they have to eat dogs because the useless regime they have cant feed their people ,but can build expensive bombs.
