"Paid on Commission" "Dropped pens" "On the spot fines" mmmmmm sounds like the latest job oppourtunity for the deadbeats who used to clamp cars.

Paid on commission is not the best way to ensure honest law enforcement and it is clear that these kind of people have an elastic view of what constitutes evidence taking.

Still, if you have a fetish for wearing uniform and bossing people about it's safer than staying in the army.
