The original site is now being renovated to comply with the secretary of states instructions the memorial is being cleaned and repaired ,the new site is ready and we have been told it could be in place by the end of this month ,we will arrange a special ceremony to on that day.
The steps leading up to the original site have been refurbished again this was a requirement of the secretary of state.
